Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured. We comply
with all local, state, and federal regulations to
ensure safety, quality, and peace of mind for our
clients.
How long will my project take to complete?
The timeline depends on a the size and scope of
the project, but once the deposit is made you
will receive a tentative start date and constant
contact when the start date is nearing.
Do you use sub-contractors?
We have our own dedicated crew, but we may
subcontract certain aspects of a project when
necessary. To keep things simple and stress-free
for our clients, all communication and payments
go through us. We coordinate directly with our
subcontractors, so you only have to deal with one
point of contact – us.
What kind of warranty is included with your work?
We allow for a one year warranty, as long as the project is paid in full. Our materials are warrantied by the manufacturers.
What should I know before starting a project?
Before we can begin the project, it’s important to
have a clear understanding of your budget,
design plans and preferred timeline.
